JMH & Co. would like to take a moment to let you know about our commitment to our clients and staff regarding COVID-19.
We plan to continue to provide our clients with the same exemplary service, however the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority so we are taking necessary precautions to prevent the further spread of the virus:
- We ask that our clients please limit in person appointments whenever possible and consider other means of communication including calling our direct telephone lines or sending an email.
- Your records can be dropped off without an appointment at our front desk, in order to avoid unnecessary human contact.
- We will allow for signatures and consents to be provided electronically and we will safely retain your records until such time that we can return them to you without risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.
We are still open and committed to a clean and safe environment, should you need to visit us. We have put sanitizing schedules in place to ensure that surfaces are properly cleaned between each client appointment, but we still ask that everyone is diligent with their hygiene and hand washing while here with us.
As of today, the CRA has not adjusted the tax filing deadlines, however they have clarified that any individuals that are affected by COVID-19 can request relief of any interest and penalties for these extraordinary circumstances. We will update our website as information comes available.
